A basic introduction to authentic panchakarma

Practical Sessions will include following therapies:
Abhyanga (Ayurvedic Body Massage)
Shirodhara (Third Eye Drip)
Thakra Dhara
Herbal Steam Bath
Kati Vasti ( Back treatment)
Shiro Abhyanga (Traditional Indian Head Massage)
Ayurvedic Face Massage.
