Ojus Health At Prana House ( Thornbury, Melbourne, Australia) Ojus Health Ayurveda Clinic is proud to announce addition of a wonderful location; Prana House on its list of locations. Prana house is located on busy high street in Thornbury, Melbourne . Prana house is a beautifully designed, soulful place that has yoga studio and wellness clinic in it.
When I walked into the Prana house for a casual visit I felt lot of positive energy in its clear and peaceful environment. That is when I decided to add this as my practice place to provide natural, ayurvedic wellness support to Prana house  clients and its surrounding suburbs such as Northcote and Heidelberg , where I have practiced before as an Ayurveda practitioner since 2010 after my arrival in this beautiful and one of the World’s best livable city of Melbourne.

Prana house being a lovely place for people looking  to start their journey of wellness through Yoga and meditation. Prana house has a group of wellness and yoga practitioners who provide beginners yoga classes, yoga teacher training, wellness coaching, reiki , kinesiology and naturopathic consultations. I will be joining as an Ayurveda prcatitioner at Prana house which I hope; will be a wonderful addition to the Prana house wellness clinic. I would add Therapeutic yoga classes to the already offered various yoga classes at Prana house: Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, Iyengar and Prana yoga. Therapeutic yoga is a personalised disease speciifc yogic approach to client’s illness.
Dr Naveen’s, Therapeutic yoga also combines traditional way of Patanjali yoga that include
disease specific Asana’s (Postures), Pranayama(Breathing exercises)  and meditation.
I hope this will be a valuable union for both Prana house and Ojus Health Ayurveda Clinic. Prana house will have more diverse wellness approach with addition of Ayurveda and Therapeutic yoga , that will definitely help people looking for various wellness options under one roof.
