Tridosha Theory
As far as history of Ayurveda is concerned a consensus took place that it was originated near 3000 BC in India. Ayurveda, word has been derived from the Sanskrit language which is interpreted as “the knowledge of life and is the combination of further two words. “Ayur means life” while “veda means knowledge”. It has been practiced since then to alleviate the sickness and ailments which were given the status of chronic diseases. Ayurveda also helps in order to keep the people healthy, prevent the diseases beforehand and to improve health simultaneously.
Types
Three major forms are recognized and are being cured in Ayurveda vata, pitta and kapha.
Vata
Dictionary points towards wind or air and space as the meanings of Vata. Increased Vata can expose you to various disorders like nervousness, panic, dry skin, dipping body weight and anxiety etc. Ayurvedic treatment replies to all above mentioned causes of distress strongly by maintaining the diet, by bringing you in serenity and by nourishing you in a healthy and systematic way.
Pitta
Average pitta means a harmony between balanced body temperature, healthy air and decreased level of acid. A tiny disorder can disturb metabolic mechanism, temperature of the body and digestive system etc. Pitta is further classified into Pitta sama, Pitta alochaka and Pitta bharajaka. Ayurveda comes up with best solutions to maintain excessive pitta in human body by balancing the diet, by making meal routines more perpetual, by providing clients with placid environments for meals and by discouraging people to have sour and salty diets. Pacifications by herbal remedies are also among the big asks by the people due to the drastic decrement in imbalanced pitta levels.
Kapha
According to the Ayurvedic medicine, the term Kapha determines our body structure. It is from the thickest elements, earth and water. It helps in stabilizing energy, further works with body, structural functions and balance fluid ratio in the body. Imbalance Kapha invites Obesity, Laziness, Increased Cholesterol, tumors and diabetes. It can be brought back to its ideal level by reducing the intake of dairy products, by making hot ginger tea a part and parcel of your meals to support feebler digestive system, by eating fruits like apples, figs, dates, melons, peaches and oranges etc, by depending heavily over vegetables and last but not the least by getting regular exercises.
